HOW TO GET THERE?

Banana Island Resort is accessible by boat only. It is a 30-minute journey by ferry from Al Shyoukh Terminal, located in the city's downtown area.

FERRY TERMINAL LOCATION

Al Shyoukh Terminal is accessible via car or taxi (Uber is widely used, alternatively Karwa or Careem). Valet parking is available. The distance from Hamad International Airport is 20 minutes. Souq Waqif and the Museum of Islamic Art are within a short walking distance. The nearest metro station to Al Shyoukh Terminal is Souq Waqif.

5. Fuwairit Beach

Fuwairit Beach is located a fair distance off the city, the beach is really instragrammable and you will enjoy the white, pink sand along the coastline and gorgeous views. A very long beach with many options for access from the main road. Lovely clear and clean water. Safe. It is advisable and recommend to have a 4 x 4 -wheel car to reach it.

It is widely renowned for being the nesting site for hawksbill turtles who usually breed during the period of April and July. During this time, the entry to the beach is closed so as to protect the turtles.

ZEKREET ROCK FORMATION BEST TOURIST DESTINATION IN QATAR

A wonderful place to spend your time with your friends and family. Naturally formed rock and sand structures will surely blow your mind the amazing formation of rocks. Good place to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. Early morning and evenings are the best time to visit and enjoy.

Zekreet Rock formation is not only the best tourist destination during day time but you will be amazed also at night specially those are astrophotography enthusiasts. 

Zekreet is the home to the mushroom-like rock formations of Ras Abrouq. The limestone rock formations shaped by the strong winds are what make the desert landscape unique. 

A very unique tourist spot to visit in Qatar in which you will be amazed. It is located in the Peninsula's West Coast, these rocks formation are a result of erosive works.

Know Before You Go:

Zekreet Rock Formation is on the west coast of Qatar, about 60 miles northwest of Doha. 

No public transportation to get there the best and safest way is with a guide, a 4 x 4 vehicle bring plenty of food and water.

Zekreet is one of the most instagrammable Spots in the country as many local residents and international tourist share their enjoyable journey of experiences on  their social media pages during their visits

It was incredible place and beautiful view specially when it’s cold we had a lot of fun and enjoy the beach near to this wonderful nature
